Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of getpeakheat.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from PeakHeat ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and product images are for illustration. Heating performance and battery life depend on the heat setting, outside temperature and how the product is used.

2. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud or limited stock. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll give you a full refund.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we send a shipping confirmation. Please make sure your contact and shipping details are correct.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

6. Safe use

Our heated products must be used as directed. Do not use a damaged product or power bank, do not wash the product with the power bank connected, and do not use the product while sleeping or on anyone unable to remove it or sense heat. Stop using the product if it becomes uncomfortably hot. To the extent permitted by law, we're not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse.

7. Discounts and promotions

Discount codes are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, can't be combined with other offers, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to PeakHeat or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the Site when you place your order applies to that order.
