Is a power bank included?
Yes. Every vest comes with a rechargeable USB power bank, so it's ready to wear straight out of the box.
How do I turn it on?
Connect the power bank, then hold the power button for 3–5 seconds until the light comes on. Press once to change heat level.
How long does it stay warm?
Up to around 8 hours on low and 4 hours on high, depending on the power bank you use.
What size should I get?
Choose your usual size. The vest has a true-to-size unisex fit. If you plan to wear a thick hoodie underneath, go one size up.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Unplug and remove the power bank first, then hand wash or use a gentle cycle in a laundry bag. Air dry only.
